Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our partial hospitalization program allows clients transitioning from an inpatient detox program a chance to move into a more flexible program that still offers a high level of structure and support. A PHP is a step that many people battling substance use disorder take after they have been through a residential treatment program or detoxification, including alcohol inpatient rehab. In the early stages of recovery, it is often critical that a patient lives on-site and only leaves under exceptional circumstances. Enrolling in a partial hospitalization program gives you the same level of structure and accountability while residing at beautiful recovery residences located here in Ohio. We welcome clients from the surrounding Westerville, Gahanna, Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, Hilliard, Grove City, Marysville, New Albany, and Delaware, OH areas to enroll in our outpatient rehab facilities.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Building and maintaining a strong foundation in recovery is a lifelong journey that requires discipline, integrity, and dedication. Foundations Group Recovery Centers' Intensive Outpatient program helps you continue your recovery journey with us from the comfort of one of our recovery residences or your own home. This program is a step-down from our Partial Hospitalization Program and is offered on a more flexible schedule, with day and evening hours available. Partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) are similar as they are both outpatient services that we offer. IOP includes one-on-one therapy with a licensed counselor, group therapy and activities, and weekly medication management on-site with a Nurse Practitioner.
